After Jenifer Daniels
found her voice, she dedicated her professional self to helping others find theirs. Also known as the friendraiser, she’s gone from event planner to award-winning college educator and communications strategist. She’s established mainstay programs at a PACE research university and crafted the strategy to help an unknown candidate earn a city council seat in the 9th largest US city. Brant Aycock, after a brief detour in dentistry, began doing communications work in the hopes of making a difference in his community on a larger scale than that afforded by dental practice. By working with organizations such as Community Building Initiative and Crossroads Charlotte – he was able to put his passion for social equity into practice. As online community manager for Crossroads Charlotte – he coordinated social media for the organization, which actively recruited members and followers of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations and faith backgrounds. He also serves on the Board of Actor's Theatre of Charlotte, and is founder of Adventurous Palates - a monthly supper club that challenges members to experience the world through cuisine.

is a singer-songwriter, a mompreneur and a multicultural marketer. In 2007, inspired by her own experience of raising bilingual and bi-cultural children, she co-founded Criss Cross Mangosauce, LLC
, a company that offers bilingual (English/Spanish) music, products and programs for children in the US. After several years working in Corporate America, in 2010, Ana Lucia decided to shift gears to focus on her music, growing her business Criss Cross Mangosauce and offering a range of marketing consulting services as an independent consultant. She also serves on the Boards of ArtSí Charlotte and Gil Project, Inc, two non-profit organizations driving social change through the arts.
