Alpha-GST Release as a Predictive Marker of Drug Induced Hepatotoxicity in 3D InSight™ Liver Microtissues 


Drug induced liver injury (DILI) is a major obstacle in the development of new pharmaceuticals. Release of alpha-GST from hepatocytes is a frequently used liver injury marker, and our newest Application Note uses a high-sensitivity ELISA from EKF Diagnostics to measure alpha-GST in supernatants from 3D InSight™ Liver Microtissues.
