March 2016
Hi <<First Name>>,
SOT 2016 and ToxExpo are less than two weeks away, but we're so excited about our new multi-donor human liver microtissues that we can't wait to tell you about them! In this month's newsletter, we'll give you a sneak preview of multi-donor products and services that will make integrating 3D microtissues into your tox workflow as easy as 1-2-3. We'll also give you a taste of what we've got planned for SOT, share some words of praise about our Body-on-a-chip project, and put the spotlight on our latest technical protocol.

Introducing the new 3D standard for DILI detection
At SOT 2016, we'll unveil 3D InSight™ Multi-donor Human Liver Microtissues, a new 3D in vitro model that better approximates the average human response to compound dosing. With convenient kit and service options, we make it much simpler to evaluate, adopt and integrate 3D liver microtissue models into your DILI detection, and drug safety and efficacy workflow.
Stop by our ToxExpo booth to find out more! Not going to SOT? Contact us and we'll send you details after the show.

Body-on-a-chip project praised by EU Council
InSphero's Body-on-a-Chip project was cited as an example of ground-breaking and innovative Swiss research sponsored by the Seventh European Union Framework Programme (FP7). A next generation drug testing device, the “body on a chip” is a microtissue-based model that simulates several organs and the metabolic processes taking place in these organs. We were honored this project was recognized by the Ministers for COMPET (Research and Innovation) as an example that made them proud! Read more…
