Weekly e-communication from Northminster Presbyterian Church

Take a look below for all sorts of ways to connect, grow and serve at Northminster Presbyterian Church!
RAYMOND E MCDANIEL

We are saddened to announce that Northminster member and friend Raymond McDaniel died and entered heavenly rest Saturday, February 28.

Please keep Raymond's wife Marni, and their family, in your prayers.

There are no plans for a service at this time.
Healthy Habits
As we hear about more cases of the Coronavirus (COVID19) being diagnosed in the US, we thought we’d examine ways we can all be proactive as we gather together as a church family.

Please know that the staff is committed to keeping our campus clean and we ask that you too practice good common sense and health hygiene as we navigate this matter together.

During this time, please:
1. Pray  - Please be in prayer for those who are struggling with health or loss; pray for those serving in the health fields to provide help and relief.
2. Wash - Clean your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
3. Become aware – Break the habit of touching your face so often - sometimes we do it without even knowing.
4. Cover - Cover your sneeze or cough with a tissue or your arm.
5. Stay  - Please stay at home when you or a family member are sick. If you do need to stay home, we’ve got you covered. You can worship with us during our 8, 9:30, or 11am services from wherever you are - just visit npctucson.org/watchlive or facebook.com/npctucson. You can also watch anytime at npctucson.org.ondemand

6. Handshakes? It’s perfectly OK to wave, fist/elbow bump or share a friendly smile.
For Coronavirus Safety and Readiness Tips visit the Red Cross page here and additional information from the CDC here.

God has not called us to live in fear but in faith. As the apostle, Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 1:7, “For the Spirit of God does not make us timid, but gives us power, love, and self-discipline.” Our prayer is that God will fill all of us with these three gifts, no matter what comes our way.
Join us this weekend!

Thank you for the wonderful response in helping us become a Quality First School!
Northminster Christian school is going through an accreditation process called Quality First and we are in need of some items to help our school be in compliance, and most importantly, safe and appropriate for our children.

Our updated Amazon Wish List only has a few items left, please help us fulfill our need. Be sure to start at Northminster's support page so that the church receives a percentage of your gift.

Thank you for your support! We strive to give our very best each day and are thankful for this opportunity to provide an even richer and safer environment for our students.
