The Most Transformational Two Weeks of My Life

I, along with 35 others, have just completed a two-week "Journey of Compassion" in India with Steve Stewart, founder and director of Impact Nations. This life-changing experience has culminated a 39-year search in my life.

Since I became a Charismatic in 1974, I have believed we should minister as Jesus did. Jesus walked through the villages, healing the sick and proclaiming the good news, and people flocked to hear Him and receive healing.

I hungered to see this kind of evangelism take place, and now I have, and I have participated in it. Steve trained us for two days, and then we offered health clinics, and we walked the village streets, asking if we could pray for people and we saw about 1000 sick healed and about 1000 accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.

I was in tears many times as I walked the streets praying and seeing the sick restored, and then having the privilege of leading them to Christ. Steve and his wife Christina made sure everyone was enabled to minister divine healing and salvation, and everyone did. I have never seen anyone as committed as Steve and Christina to enabling others to heal the sick, preach the Gospel and minister social justice. Once they trained us, they took the background and lovingly guided us into these experiences so we would be trained how to do this for the rest of our lives.

How precious is that? How often have you seen that? For me the answer was "never." Their apostolic mantle in creating these expeditions (Journeys of Compassion), and their administrative expertise to make sure they functioned like clockwork (or as close to clockwork as possible in a developing nation) was breathtaking. And they do six of these journeys a year, so each of you are offered the opportunity to have the same life-changing experience I have just had.

Get Acquainted with the "Friends’ Meet" Ministry Leadership Team 

"Friends' Meet" (an apostolic resource training center in Visakhapatnam, India) provided us with 75 support individuals who translated for us, and helped set up and tear down the clinic every day and move it to the next village for the next day. They worked tirelessly! I preached in two of their churches on Sunday.

Their main city church is a rented facility and is also where they house their offices and cook the food they distribute weekly to the beggars. The owner of this building (who kept the rent very low) has died recently and the building is being sold out from under them, so they need to locate and move to a new rented location which will cost them about $700 a month. They had a level of fear as they viewed this prospect and had no additional financial reserves to meet this need, as even their pastors work with essentially no salary.

The Spirit of God rose up within me and I told them we had friends of CWG Ministries whom I believed would be glad to contribute monthly and together we could raise this $700 for their monthly rent. What is essentially impossible for them to do, we as a group can easily do. So I am asking you to ask the Lord what part He would have you play in helping them meet this need.

If we do what we can do (provide these finances) and they do what we can't do (evangelize daily in India), this apostolic resource center will continue on stronger than ever, and we will be seeding into the evangelism of a nation of 1.1 billion, who are 80% Hindu. Let us together extend the Kingdom of God!

Sea of Galilee

The “Sea of Galilee” devotional experience has been our biggest product release to date! Over 5,000 people have accessed it online, 3,500 units of the Sea of Galilee product were purchased in its first 30 days, over 10,000 "free gift" cards have been requested and testimonies have already begun to pour in concerning its impact in transforming lives. Adopt a Language

Mark Virkler has recorded forty-seven bilingual sessions of several of our key teachings including Communion With God, Counseled By God, Prayers That Heal the Heart, Christian Dream Interpretation and Naturally Supernatural. We are now looking for investors who want to reap the harvest of Christian leaders raised up in other nations with this foundational training on Spiritual Intimacy.

Fourteen languages are now completely funded: Hindi, Nepali, Spanish, Mandarin, Telugu, Japanese, Tagalog, German, French, Korean, Pashtu, Russian, Arabic and Punjabi. Praise the Lord!
