New shorter website to share easily with fellow performers!
Our sister-club, The Sid Lorraine Hat & Rabbit Club, will be having their first meeting of 2016 will be Thursday, January 7 at 7:00 PM at St. Leonard's (map). The auction is your chance to take your used magic and help it to find a new home (and make some money in the process.)

Join the Facebook event page here!

Ron Guttman is our Auctioneer and will keep things moving and fun. The rules for the auction are:
  • You may only have 10 lots per person.
  • You must be a member to sell. Guests are welcome to join in as buyers.
  • Guest fee is $5 for non-members. Sister-clubs are free.
If you are planning to put items up for sale, here are some useful tips:
  1. Group items into lots that make sense. Three books on card magic go well together. A combination containing mentalism book, a dove harness and a children's prop won't generate as good a response. There is a limit to 10 lots per person, but a lot can contain any number of items.
  2. Make sure you have all the pieces. Items that are missing pieces, missing instructions (or can't even quite be identified) won't do as well.
  3. Set reasonable reserves. Bidders get excited right from the start. Setting the starting bid out of reach makes fewer people likely to build and generates less excitement.
To save time, you can fill out the auction form in advance.

Their Juggling Club is weekly if you'd like to go and work on your juggling! They have multiple open gyms scheduled as well if you need a place to practice and they also have a ton of other classes, workshops for adults and kids -
