Letter from Jason, Proprietor

Dear Honey Run Friends,
As I write this letter the sun is shining bright, the air is warm with a slight chill, and signs of rebirth and rejuvenation are all around me at Honey Run.  I have been watching the developments over the past few weeks of the Boston bombing case and listening to the anger that abounds in the citizens of our great country over the events that unfolded on April 15.

Ashley's Tips

Bulb Maintenance

As spring bulb flowers fade and bed clean up continues, I notice foliage prematurely cut off or even tied up/braided. But resist doing so!

Chef Fetty's Recipes

Every year my staff and I look forward to our spring menu.  While we love stewing and braising and cooking hearty comfort food, after a few months the plates begin to look, well, brown! We are fortunate to have large windows in the kitchen which affords us a view of the natural beauty of the property and keep us in tune with the seasonal changes.
