Remember how I had a big secret? Now I can talk about it! And it's surprisingly crow related.
In April 2020, I had nothing better to do than think about my hatred of crows. So, I set out to create an anti-crow campaign with three goals:
- Twitter Account
- Shirts
- |[redacted for despicable reasons]|
I easily accomplished my goal #1 in May 20202 when I created the @H8Crows Twitter account. Since then, I've accrued a couple hundred followers and made both friends and enemies.
One of those friends was Minneapolis City SC, a minor league soccer team whose mascot is a crow! A couple of months ago, they reached out to me because they wanted to collaborate on a t-shirt with the artwork I created for my Twitter account to sell as merchandise. (Wow, goal #2 much??)
I am now happy to present to you the "Crows are the Worst" shirt (I have a feeling this shirt will sell well to Minneapolis' opponents in the USL). $2 from the sales of each shirt will go to Pillsbury United Communities in Minneapolis.
