Message from the Office
I can now breathe a sigh of content as my first term at Weston Green School has concluded - and what a busy and successful term it has been!

From Inspections to the Snow Gorilla, it has been an incredibly busy term, full of achievement and happy, engaged learning.

Last week alone, we hosted three lovely Christmas services: two nativities, performed by the EYFS and Key Stage 1 children, and a beautifully executed Carol Service by Key Stage 2 at All Saints Church.

Staff and children were in high spirits on Friday as they donned their Christmas knitwear, raising money for ‘Save the Children’, and exchanging gifts and cards with their fellow peers.

Staffing and Recruitment
In the Spring term we will welcome two new members of staff, Mr. Peter Reed, Year 6 Teacher, and Miss Anne-Marie Naylor, Peripatetic Piano Teacher. We have said a temporary goodbye to Mrs. Alice Provenzano, who has now gone on maternity leave, and farewell to Mrs. Annabel Newham, who leaves us after eight years.

Spring Term Fees
Invoices for the Spring term will be sent out via email during the holiday and fees for the Spring term after school activities will show on this invoice (you will be contacted by the 20 December should your application have been unsuccessful).

I would like to wish you all a very joyous and peaceful Christmas to you and your families, and I look forward to a seeing a sea of happy and well-rested faces coming through the school gates on the 9 January.

Happy Christmas,
Miss Trown and Mrs. Withers
