A message from our new CEO, Natalie Webb
I joined No Limits back in January for an extended handover and it has been wonderful to work alongside Annabel and the rest of the team at No Limits in the last few weeks. I’m sure you will all want to join me in thanking Annabel for her incredible work and dedication over the last 25 years at No Limits. The whole organisation and all that we deliver is a legacy to her belief in children and young people.
I feel so privileged to be leading the next phase of the No Limits journey and I’m really excited for Wednesday when I officially become CEO. Reflecting particularly on the last two weeks I am proud to be working with a team of dedicated and passionate staff who have such an unwavering focus on meeting the needs of children and young people. Whilst Covid-19 definitely wasn’t on the initial handover plan, I am looking forward to leading No Limits through this to a time when we can look back and celebrate our resilience.
We are continuing to support children and young people across Southampton through phone, email, web chat and video calls, as well as face-to-face support in the University Hospital Southampton’s Emergency Department and specialist mental health support from our Primary Mental Health workers. We’re living in an unsettling time of uncertainty but we’re doing everything we can to ensure young people feel as supported as possible and that no child or young person feels alone, or unable to talk to someone.
