Dear Pastor and Friends,

I want to start off with a huge thank you to all those who have generously given to our building fund. By God's grace and your generosity, we exceeded our goal and are almost finished building our new building.

Building in the area of SOWETO has had it's challenges. As everyone continually tells us, the area is full of thugs and thieves. Needless to say, it has held up to it's reputation. My crew was robbed at gun point once, attempted to be robbed a second time, as was I. Only a few things were stolen (all of which God has already replaced through His faithful followers), and no one was physically harmed. These things make me that much more excited about what God has planned for this place.

Most importantly, we have seen several saved since our last update. We had a high attendance last week of 82. Bekah is doing an incredible job with our children's ministry. They saw a high attendance of 42 last Sunday. My hope is that our adult/teen ministry keeps up with the children's ministry.

Probably the most thrilling thing to happen, happened on Wednesday night. My nephew, Tyler, was teaching and a young girl, Bekah has been working with for months, came up to her after the service and wanted to be saved. Please pray for Thuli as she grows and follows the Lord. Please remember several others like her who have trusted in Christ for salvation this month too. Pray with us as we try to train others to help us disciple these new believers.

Thanks again for all you do!
