"Imagine The People of God" written and composed by Mark Miller.
The song starts like this:

Imagine The People of God

Imagine, Imagine the people of God

Imagine the people of God

Believing, receiving, becoming God’s love

Imagine the people of God

(words by Mark Miller adapted from UNY Annual Conference Vision Statement, music by Mark Miller)

We'll hear the rest this Sunday during worship- hope to see you there.

Many blessings,

This Weeks Prayer and Scripture

Wondrous God, our hearts are full of praise for all the glorious things you have given to us. When we look upon your creation, we realize that it reflects your imagination. When we experience the gift of a parent's love, we are reminded of your tender love for us. When we worship in the great congregation of all who name you as Lord, we are blessed to be counted among your children. Hear our prayer of joy and thanksgiving this day, and sustain in us grateful hearts, that we might praise you eternally. Through Christ, our Lord. Amen.

Ephesians 3: 16-21

I pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that you may be strengthened in your inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith, as you are being rooted and grounded in love. I pray that you may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Now to him who by the power at work within us is able to accomplish abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, for ever and ever. Amen.

Prayer For Ukraine
We are all aware of the atrocities taking place in Ukraine.  It’s frustrating to feel so helpless as we see people struggle daily to defend their country and stay alive.  We truly want to help, but feel so helpless.  But we are not helpless!
We know, as Christians, the power of prayer.  Jesus has told us many times that He is listening as we ask for His help in all things. So, as a church, may we come together in prayer for Ukraine.
Each day as we are about to take time for lunch, let each of us pause and remember Ukraine and her brave people in a prayer. And we can be aware each noontime that our whole church is lifting up the Ukrainians in prayer, everyone praying in their own way, but together. This is a powerful thing and it will make a difference.
Let us come together as a church to do this.  Thank you all for joining us.
