Bright Friday November 23 5:30-6:15 am: Sunrise Power Yoga w/Elizabeth
A vinyasa or flow based class that mindfully moves the entire body with strong attention to alignment. Sun salutations are the building block of this strength building class. Be prepared to generate heat from the inside out. Regular class rates apply.
10:00-11:15 am: Yin Yoga w/Alice
Come rest and digest after that big Thanksgiving meal. Yin is a gentle and relaxing all-levels class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints through extended holds of postures. The use of props is encouraged to help you settle into each pose. Class will end with a guided meditation focusing on gratitude. $15 or included with unlimited membership.
noon-1:00 pm: Slow Flow w/ Rebecca
A vinyasa based class meant to release stress and build body-mind-spirit awareness. Includes flowing poses, and poses held for longer periods that cover the entire body and focus on the breath. Ends with 10 minutes of guided relaxation. Regular class rates apply.
