Neighborhood Fourth of July Parade!
Join your neighbors for our annual old fashioned July 4th Parade through The Village at Pilot Mill
Wednesday, July 4th, 10:30am
down Harp Street, up Blount Street to Mordecai Mini Park
You're invited to the annual community 4th of July Parade! This yearly event, organized by Pilot Mill neighbors Meredith and Russ Swindell, is a great way to kick off your independence day. Join for a sweet little bike/trike/stroller parade at 10:30am, followed by social time, drinks and treats at the Mordecai Mini Park.
Neighbors - We need your help. Please step out on your porches or line the streets and support our neighborhood children.
Parents - Meet at the parking lot at the top of Harp Street between 10:00-10:15 a.m. for the kids to decorate their bikes and then parade around the neighborhood together.
Kids - Bring your wagons, scooters, strollers, bikes decorated in red, white and blue. We will have streamers and decorations to share and patriotic music too!
Parade to start at 10:30am
We will march down Harp Street and back up Blount Street to Mordecai Mini Park.
Then we will enjoy time at the park for festive snacks and play time. There will also be sno cones, popcorn, and cotton candy!
Join us at the park to enjoy summer treats and to socialize with your neighbors.
