The first local King Salmon of the season has arrived and we are totally stoked about it! This Monterey Bay specialty is buttery, tender, and nourishing- packed with Omega-3 fatty acids, making it a culinary superfood. Every part of the King Salmon can be utilized and enjoyed from the head to the tail.
The commercial season is limited this year, with intermittent closures up and down the coast.
We hope everyone gets the chance to enjoy this native delight right from our own gorgeous waters.
