Beautiful Southern California Opah has arrived! ⚓️

We love Opah seared in a cast-iron skillet or cooked over open flames. One of the easiest ways to prepare Opah is by placing it in a preheated oven at 350°F and cooking for 30 minutes with other vegetables and herbs.

We have several great marinades that would be wonderful with it here in our online store and a wonderful seared recipe below.
