Come join the Sawtooth Association this summer for an exciting series of programs, exhibits, tours and events. The Stanley Museum begins operations on Memorial Day weekend, and The Redfish Center & Gallery opens their doors Friday, June 13th. Both will be open summer long, seven days a week. As always, the Redfish Center provides free wi-fi for all visitors. These facilities and their knowledgeable staff offer local information, maps, books & gifts as well as educational and fun programs for all ages.  If you haven't viewed our exhibits or followed our interpretive programs, put us at the top of your summer list. Redfish Lake boat tours, evening campfire programs, Junior Ranger programs and discovery stations offer something for all ages. Our friendly atmosphere inspires visitors to come back again and again. Bring your family, tell your friends, and don't forget to browse our art gallery and book stores for local treasures.

New this season beginning June 27th, we'll be hosting Gallery openings on special Fridays 11am-2pm.  Tori's famous scones and mimosas were so popular last fall we're doing it again. What could be a better "gallery walk" than strolling the shoreline of Redfish Lake and visiting The Redfish Center & Gallery. All views are guaranteed to be spectacular, both inside and outside!

The Stanley Mountain Mama's are dedicating part of their famous annual quilt raffle to help us provide Redfish Webcam views all year long. Many of you have told us how you love clicking on the spectacular Sawtooth views across the lake and getting that wonderful feeling of being there, no matter where you are in your busy lives. We'll be selling raffle tickets for the artistically handmade quilt all summer long at the Stanley Museum and The Redfish Center.

Recognized region-wide for presenting fascinating and contemporary topics, our Forum and Lecture Series begins its seventh season Friday, July 11th. Each Friday evening, 5pm at the Stanley Museum and 8pm at the Redfish Center, leading professionals present stimulating and interesting topics about the area. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Wilderness Act we are bringing in a variety of speakers this summer with topics about wild creatures and our wild country.
To help plan your summer, we've included a schedule below.

We're looking forward to a great season and hope to see you. Drop by the Redfish Center & Gallery open from 9:30AM to 5:00PM, stop in the Stanley Museum open from 11:00AM to 5PM, grab an ice cream cone at our Mtn. Mammas Craft Fair booth on July 19th and 20th or come visit at our Annual Ice Cream Social August 10th and our "Wild Ways" Fair. The Fair will celebrate wilderness topics and present hands-on backcountry skills like horsepacking and dutch oven cooking.  As the summer nears its end, don't forget the Salmon Festival on August 23rd at the Stanley Museum.
