PCI will again this year offer free health screenings. All screenings are from 7 - 8 a.m. at the PCI Medical Pavilion Community Room, third floor. 2016 dates are March 9, June 8, Sept. 7 and Nov. 9.

No registration is necessary. Screenings include:

• Blood pressure
• Height and weight
• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Cholesterol testing*
• Glucose testing*
• New for 2016: PCI physical therapy will be available for balance assessments. If you are concerned about your balance and potential falls, this is a great opportunity to learn more.

*Cholesterol and glucose tests are optional and require a blood draw. To obtain the most accurate results a 10-12 hour fast is recommended.

Lab results will be sent to you post-screening.
