FREE Health Screening July 8

Walk-ins are welcome. No registration is required.
This screening includes:
- Blood Pressure
- Height and Weight
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
- Cholesterol*
- Glucose*
* Cholesterol and glucose tests are optional. A blood draw is required for testing and a 10-12 hour fast is recommended. You are eligible for a cholesterol and glucose test once every six months as part of this free screening. Lab results will be sent to you post-screening.

Specialties: general urology for adolescents, adults and seniors; urologic cancers; female urology; and health promotion. She arrives at PCI July 27.

Rodney Dempewolf, DMP, podiatry. Specialties: diabetic foot complications including wound care, bone infections (osteomyelitis) and neuropathic fracture; pediatric foot and ankle deformities such as bunions and flat foot ); adult foot deformities and arthritis; plantar or posterior foot pain; and traumatic injuries. He will arrive at PCI July 31.

- Valet Parking. Available at the East entrance. Please enter on 1st Avenue SE as indicated by the orange line on the document linked below.
