Congratulations to Parmenter for achieving LEED EB Silver on Tower at Cityplace

Contributing to a sustainable Dallas skyline, this massive 1.7M sf building includes a very unique underground chilled water storage system for energy savings. SIG really enjoyed working with this awesome property team.

SIG now has five new LEED Green Associates

SIG Team members (shown from left-right): Lyndsay, Tim Corey, Evan, and Beka.

In the last six weeks, five SIG team members became LEED Green Associates. Beka, our Training Specialist, offers a few helpful tips for passing this exam:

  1. Read each question carefully & don’t rush, sometimes there are two answers you want to pick, but if you reread the question it will usually help you choose.
  2. Know the ASHRAE standards, information about the Montreal Protocol (CFC’s & HCFC’s) and the water fixture measurements (i.e.: gallons per flush vs gallons per minute).
For more information about SIG’s upcoming online live and in-person LEED Exam Prep Classes or to schedule a private class at your company, please e-mail Beka at bekar@sigearth.com
