One more time.

On March 1st, the USGBC opened the 6th and Final public comment period for LEED v4. This one month period will focus on refining the credit language and calculations of the proposed rating systems and, according to the USGBC, will not alter the scheduled ballot, poised to take place in June of this year. Have you taken a look at the changes coming up?

The SIG family welcomes its newest member, Monica Gonzalez!

We are very happy to announce the growth of our LEED team here at Sustainable Investment Group. The Atlanta, GA office welcomes Monica Gonzalez (LEED AP, of course), our newest Senior Sustainability Consultant and LEED project manager. Monica joins us after working for a very well-known Owner/Property Manager, where she managed the successful LEED certification of over 2.5 million square feet of existing commercial real estate. Outside of her deep commitment and belief in social responsibility, resource optimization, and healthy living, she enjoys running, yoga, cooking, and scouting out the latest on the local dining scene. Look out for Monica at local BOMA, USGBC, and other networking events!
