Sanctuary PLATINUM

The Only Dual-Certified, LEED EB:O&M PLATINUM Building in the Southeast.

The folks at Sanctuary Park have done it again! Jones Lang LaSalle and JP Morgan Asset Management continue to prove that the premier office park located in Alpharetta, GA will never stop improving. Home to its anchor tenant, Delta Dental, Stonebridge III, just a few years after being built to LEED Silver standards, recently achieved dual-certification at the highest level possible. By validating green best practices implemented through policies in place at the entire office park, JLL along with SIG helped the building earn 82 points, equating to LEED for Existing Buildings Platinum certification. Stonebridge III is only the 2nd existing building in the state of Georgia to achieve this level of certification, and the only one to do so that is dual-certified.

How Lawnmowers Can Be More Environmentally-Friendly
