Defining a Vision for 2014

Isaiah 43:19 says “Behold I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

The vision God has placed on our hearts for 2014 is to engage sponsors for 114 new children with Latin American Child Care Guatemala. Many of Guatemala’s children are the outcasts of society and  we need your help to change this. Helping a child who lives in poverty to go to a Christian school is a powerful and necessary demonstration of the gospel of Jesus Christ in action. We know that in the natural finding 114 new sponsors seems impossible but God still puts rivers in the desert.  Three levels of partnership are necessary to accomplish the 114 in 2014 vision.
1. Your commitment to partner in prayer.
2. Your commitment to partner financially; you, your church, children’s church or youth group can sponsor 1 of the 114 children for only $32.00 a month. This equals $1.05 per day and is a great way to partner in missions.
3. Your church’s commitment to partner with one of the 25 LACC Guatemala schools.  LACC Guatemala needs churches to organize a missions trip to Guatemala once a year to do outreaches and projects in one of these schools. A missions trip is an interactive way for your church to touch, taste, feel, and experience missions first hand. Your participation with feet on the ground will change the lives of children and the life of your church for eternity!  Please consider partnering with Latin American Child Care Guatemala.  We believe that God is about to open up the flood gates for the children of Guatemala and we need you to be a part of our 114 in 2014 vision.
