Busy Fall Semester for
New & Experienced Judges


The Fall 2013 semester was packed with a variety of educational opportunities for Massachusetts judges. Programs included: Hearsay Hazards, Summary Process Evictions and Foreclosures, Evidence: You be the Judge, the Freedman Retreat for Probate & Family Court Judges, the Appellate Year-in-Review, Complex Issues in a Criminal Trial, a program on Settlement Approvals, Damage Assessments, and Removal of Defaults, and reading discussions on the Federalist Society and Oliver Wendell Holmes.
