We are finally able to announce that is has been released and is available online! The timing is also perfect, as we've got a beautiful hog from local Magruder Ranch coming in this week that we will break down and have availble for pickups this Saturday at the Ferry Plaza farmer's market.

We typically get our whole beef from local Magruder Ranch, but this week we will also be breaking down one of their whole pastured hogs. It's a duroc/wild boar cross, which combines the foraging capabilities of a wild pig with the excellent quality of duroc pork. These tasty swine are feasting on plenty of fallen acorns this time of year. All cuts ordered from our online store will be available for pickup this Saturday, November 12th, at the Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market. Questions? Email directly.
