Corned Beef by the pound!

Forget the green beer. If you are going to celebrate St. Patrick's day in style, you need some delicious corned beef! We're talking about one of the best sandwiches of all time: the classic rueben. The 4505 Meats version, which we will have available at the Saturday Farmer's Market, includes our delicious corned beef topped with sauerkraut, sliced gruyere cheese, russian dressing and classic rye bread. This flavor explosion only comes around once in a while, so don't let the oncoming rain stop you from this delicious beefy sandwich. We will also be selling our corned beef by the pound, $10.99 per pound. Order online at the 4505 Meats store and pickup at our Thursday or Saturday Farmer's Market. If you can't make it to the market this week, you can email us directly at meats@4505meats.com for additional pickup options. This Thursday we will also be serving up our Maple Bacon Breakfast sandwich with a sunny side up egg, fresh market greens, and a slice of gruyere cheese on our house made buttery griddled buns. We typically only serve this sandwich on Saturday's but thought it might be the perfect reason to visit us at the Thursday Farmer's Market, rain or shine!
