Vectren Hosts Safety Days
Vectren hosted eight safety days throughout May and June with over 425 people attending. Key safe digging partners, including large builders, their concrete subs and even the Mayor of Zionsville attended the luncheons in their local communities. Stakeholders were able to meet their local Vectren Damage Prevention Specialists and Operations Supervisors, and Vectren was able to form new relationships with tool rental companies and home builders. This effort proved to be extremely successful. Every safety day generated great conversations and questions. Hopefully, these efforts will keep everyone safe this summer, and will get everyone thinking about safe digging and always utilizing 811.
