Meet the new Venture Partners

It's a new school year and that means new TVL Venture Partners!


Venture Partners help run marketing, recruiting and operations at TVL and are your first stop to getting connected with students and accelerator companies. The Venture Partners can be reached at infotvl@mccombs.utexas.edu and hold office hours every Wednesday from 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM at the AT&T Conference Center's One Twenty 5 Cafe.

Stephanie Guttman

Stephanie joined TVL as a Venture Partner in July 2016 after completing her MBA from Texas with a focus in entrepreneurship and marketing. She co-founded ADSG Clothing during the TVL New Venture Creation course. Stephanie's interest in consumer-facing brands led her to start CPGinATX to share news on consumer packaged goods startups in Austin. Prior to business school, Stephanie worked for Texas Instruments in Public Reporting.

Ariel Kayne

Ariel joined TVL as a Venture Partner in July 2016 and is a Co-Founder of Unmanned Applications. He brings extensive military leadership and operational management expertise to the TVL team. Ariel was formerly a USAF instructor pilot and Aviation Safety Program Manager with numerous deployments and over 2500 hours of flight time. He holds an MS in Technology Commercialization (MSTC) from the McCombs School of Business and a BS in Economics from the USAF Academy.

Ryan McKeeman

Ryan joined TVL as a Venture Partner in January 2016 after finishing a Master's degree in Architecture. As a student, he co-led the UT Solar Decathlon team, in which students designed and built a 1000 sq. ft. solar-powered house. The team competed internationally against over 150 other universities and placed fourth in the competition. Ryan is now working on commercializing the technology developed during the competition and running The Sound Floor.
