What should I do before investing in the stock market?
Hi everyone, my question is about things to do before investing in the stock market - I have set aside an emergency fund equal to one-year’s worth of living expenses. Other than that, is there anything else that I should take into consideration before investing?

Where do active investors get their news early in the morning?
Hello everyone, a quick question as to where people who are doing active investing in the stock market get their news for the beginning of the day - is there a solid resource that lists which companies will be making announcements through the week and gives a bit of a guide where to buy and sell for the short term? I've noticed share prices flying up and down on the back of scheduled (and unscheduled) announcements in the week...ie Just Eat, Rolls Royce (up and down), etc. I'm trying to set up for the long term, but thinking a couple of these short term trades on the side could help.

What Vanguard funds would you recommend?
Hi team, what Vanguard funds would you recommend? I’m a 20-something year old male with around £7,500 saved. I am interested in one or several Vanguard funds. I’ve chosen Vanguard because of the low price point. However, there are just too many options. I would appreciate different opinions about which ones people like.

I am looking for a decent way to track my finances. My goal is to uncover spending habits and track savings. I am looking at YNAB, but it’s not UK focused and seems like I have to do everything manually. Can you recommend anything? An app would be fine.
