Software Maintenance 2017
We highly encourage all our partner to renew the maintenance. Only customers in maintenance for 2017 and with a valid installation number can upgrade and get access to all our enhancements and new features in our software.
All beas-customers have been transferred to the Boyum Portal, meaning that boyum- and beas licenses are running on the same licensing platform, The Boyum Portal. This means that all installations will only work with a SAP installation number.
Therefore, please look up all customers in the Boyum Portal to see that the installation number is correct and license in maintenance. Learn how to retrieve a list of all your customers.
What is a SAP installation number?
A SAP installation number is “00 + xx xx xx xx” (or SAP installation number followed by the system number). Licenses like e.g. “HK_beas_000000000xxxxxxxxx” and “BEAS_SCN_xxx” as well as the portal auto-generated license numbers “Dummy-xxxxxxxxxxxxx” do not work!

How to exchange invalid installation numbers?
Please note, that only the Boyum/beas team can change the installation numbers! Please send your customer/s company name and correct SAP installation number to email@example.com. The change will have immediate effect on the respective license once we have edited it.
