If you feel that it's necessary to escalate a support ticket, our technical team is here to help you resolve the issue swiftly and efficiently. Our established escalation process has been put in place to keep you updated on the status of your escalated ticket every step of the way. Read more for detailed information on the following steps:

  • 1st step: define whether the issue is urgent
  • 2nd step: handle an urgent ticket
  • 3rd step: have a remote session 
  • 4th step: check the updated status
  • 5th step: final resolution

Maintenance 2018 

In November we informed that we are streamlining our maintenance and increasing it to 12% on all Boyum products for purchases and upgrades made on 2018 onwards.

We would now like to remind you that this will apply to...: 
  • new purchases made in 2018
  • upgrades purchased for existing licenses in 2018
...but did not aply to:
  • purchases made before January 1
  • customers with an existing license on maintenance

New beas Tutorials

Over the past few months we have been working on a new e-learning platform for beas Manufacturing and, as part of this project, we will be creating tutorial documents for beas modules and functionalities.
Our goal is to provide you, as a partner, with all the tools you need to learn and implement beas. You can already find the first tutorials available on our Helpcenter and click "Follow" to receive an e-mail alert as soon as a new tutorial is online.
