Kripalu Yoga Immersion: Move Toward Love: $120 All weekend for $150 Register Here
The word Kripalu means compassion. A practice of deep self-inquiry, Kripalu Yoga teaches a way of living that encompasses all expressions of life, cultivates the courage and discernment to embrace truth, and invites you into a loving and authentic relationship with yourself. Consistent practice of Kripalu Yoga increases your ability to tolerate the consequences of being yourself. Through it's practice, you will become more skillful in dealing with life challenges.
In this workshop we will explore Kripalu yoga's "Three Stages of Transformation" and the doorway to a practice of loving and accepting oneself. The first stage focuses on alignment principles. The second stage strengthens witness consciousness in the multi-dimensional self and the third stage explores your unique expression of yoga and movement through meditation in motion, the hallmark of Kripalu Yoga.
Yoga experience recommended. Yogis of all traditions are welcome.
