Peeking into Soul Doctoring
 
As we await publication of my new book, Soul Doctoring, I thought I would share excerpts from the book in our newsletter. Here is one that captures our mission going forward, not only in our personal lives, but also for the collective sake of planetary health and all peoples:

“This is my call to action for all of us: Heal ourselves. Connect with Oneness. One Mind, One Planet. This is indeed a bold call. However, these are troubled times that call for bold words and actions. It is the most direct rapid way to effect change. If we wake up and, despite our cultural and religious differences, realize our planet is in trouble and we are One People, One Planet, then a critical mass of people with common intention can effect global change immediately. Heal Yourself, Heal the Planet.
 
            “Personal and planetary health go hand in hand.  It starts by placing your positive intention into healing the earth and changing your own behavior in every way possible. Conserve water, don’t waste food, start a compost pile, car pool, recycle, drive an electric or hybrid car, use solar or other alternative energy sources, start your garden, plant trees, stop single use plastics, use net washable bags for produce, or cloth bags to carry your groceries. Demonstrate, sign petitions. Eat organic, local produce. If you eat meat and dairy, choose from regenerative farms that absorb C02 from the environment and restore the soil.”

Post Covid Syndrome by Dr Gayle Randall

Post COVID effects can present themselves a lot of different forms. There’s Long COVID or Long-Haul COVID, which means prolonged symptoms from previous active disease. We can also deal with post-vaccine syndrome, with symptoms like hives, itching, cough, fatigue joint pain, redness, swelling, lymph node swelling, and weakness like chronic fatigue syndrome. These symptoms are caused by an autoimmune/allergic reaction to the COVID antigen itself.
The time that Post COVID lasts is variable, as are individual symptoms themselves. The treatment is also uncertain, although you can take approximately 5000 mcg of Vitamin D, which will reduce Inflammation. Also take minerals including magnesium glycinate, lots of vitamins like 1000 mg of vitamin C or more, and NAC, which turns into glutathione in the body, the number one detoxifier. Green tea and quercetin will also help immunity and open up the zinc channels. Further, take a potent antioxidant to combat the oxidation reaction.

Resveratrol and grape seed extract are both good.
I think the most important thing in Post COVID resilience is to keep a good positive attitude, which helps the immune system and your body keep going. There’s nothing better than this! Walk your soul path and be positive!

SOULNOURISH RECIPE OF THE MONTH:
Fruit salads are organic watermelon, strawberries, raspberries and blueberries and coconut wedges,.with three sandwiches made with a section of each one a third almond flour covered with avocado butter (avocado and Miyoko butter.) Two with arugula and one with cucumbers, one with baby sweet tomatoes and fakin' bakin' crumbles.
