Boise featured in Smart Growth America report

Boise is profiled in Amazing Place, a new report that shows how six U.S. cities are using placemaking for economic development. The report was compiled by Smart Growth America, a national nonprofit organization. Idaho Smart Growth provided assistance with the report.

Boise, Denver, Greenville, Minneapolis, Nashville, and Pittsburgh are all using smart growth strategies to help grow their economies. Amazing Place takes a look at what those strategies are, and how communities anywhere can use this approach to attract residents, support existing businesses and encourage entrepreneurship.
