April showers bring Midlife Mysteries!

The new Miss Fitz at Midlife book is out!

The reviews are in!

“I love that Miss Fitz is exploring her witch-ness at middle age. She's just like me: a busy mom, wife and member of her community.” ~Goodreads reviewer Mary

“The second book in the Miss Fitz series contains everything that made the first one great. Missy Fitz is a likable, relatable midlife heroine. The mystery is maybe even MORE full of kooky small-town characters and wacky situations than the first book.” ~Amazon reviewer KF

It's everything I loved about the first one, with a lot more going on.” ~Amazon reviewer CG

Current projects & MOAR stuff!

  • Currently working on:

  • This month’s most popular meme in the reader group was “What’s Shakin’, Bacon?” submitted by the Great Greg Garffer. Thanks, Greg! I appreciate your long time support!

  • Coming soon: SPI Girls Kick Ass! in novel form. Tonight’s a planning meeting with my co-authors, so I expect we will be announcing a release date soon.

  • Shows that are sucking me in right now:

    • Outer Range: an exceptionally good looking midlife cowboy (played by Josh Brolin) falls through a dimensional door in his pasture while hell breaks loose at his home on the range.

    • Death on the Nile: an exceptionally good looking heiress (played by Gal Gadot) and her entourage (including Hercule Poirot and his double mustache) take a murderously wild cruise down the Nile. This movie is visual candy. What can beat an Agatha Christie classic when it comes to cozy mystery fun?

  • That’s a lot! I hope your seasonal projects are going well, and that you had a glorious tax day & spring holiday. I’m nearly recovered from a week at Walt Disney World, and trying to add half as much walking as we did there into my daily routine. Wasn’t it nice of Minnie to bake me a cake for my upcoming birthday?
