Participating in sport and physical activity contributes to the holistic development of children and adolescents. Not only does participation contribute to physical and mental health outcomes and valuable social connections, but physical activity (including sport) has been linked to cognitive development.

Physical activity has been shown to stimulate brain development and this correlates with improved academic performance. It also lessens the health risks associated with a sedentary lifestyle so that healthy, active children become better learners.

Every session will involve some fitness fun! We will go for a run or conduct strength and conditioning circuits or games or some stretching and yoga activities. We will get outside and MOVE to get some blood flowing!

Optional Swimming Lesson… well we are located above a swim school aren’t we!?!

We will schedule a lesson time that best suits your child. In the first session we will do an assessment to determine the most appropriate level.

Our C-Me Swim staff will continue your child’s swimming journey. You can book this with your online booking ADD IN A Swimming Lesson $21 per session. We have levels from beginner to squad available. www.cmeswim.com.au
