For the last number of years members could renew their membership online via

Paypal. This year we have changed to Easy Payment Plus who are providing a

membership database and all payments can be made with Visa Debit or Credit cards

for membership (and courses when they come online). Please note there are

charges for using a credit card, however use of a debit card is free.

 

To register with GHYC please go to our website www.glandoreyc.com, scroll down

and select the membership icon where you will be asked to register or select this

direct link. As Easy Payment Plus is used in other clubs and schools throughout the

country you may already have an account with them, if so you should be able to login

using the email you used to previously register with another club or school.


 

 

There is a lot of information that can be entered however this is a once off task. All

data is protected under Data Protection and is solely used for club purposes. If you

wish to ignore certain fields please just write N/A or None however please ensure

your email and contact numbers are correct so that we can keep you up to date on

club activities.
 

 

Once you have registered you will see an option to add more family

members. If subscribing as a family please add all your family members as this will

help us to have a better view of our total membership and may help us to plan future

activities to include all. If you plan to enrol children on courses in the summer it is

vital that you enter their information now so that when the courses come online you

can assign a child to a course. There are a number of compulsory fields for children

e.g. date of birth, last sailing level passed etc. As it’s a membership database, it

means you can log in at any time and update your details. If you forget your

password you can contact Easy Payment Plus support.

 

 

If you are only applying for a Junior membership, a parent has to register first, and

then add the child under your name. If you are adding two siblings, please consider a

family membership as it is only €30 extra and supports your club. Grandparents

should not add their grandchildren to constitute a family membership.

 

 

We would like to encourage all members to use this facility to renew their annual

subscription as it makes the process very easy for all. Please renew as early as

possibly as it greatly helps with the cash flow since there are numerous investments

and maintenance tasks to complete before the sailing season starts.

 

 

If you prefer to pay by cash or cheque you can do so, to a committee member or

cheques can be posted to the club house for the attention of Treasurer. Do not post

cash. Please provide your name, contact number and email address with

payment.

 

 

We are delighted that Ruth Dromey has offered her help once again in collecting

same however please note that she is available during the summer months only
