February 2014

Intro: 2014 Looking to be Banner Year

While everyone is talking about the snow and ice, caused by the ongoing Polar Vortex, and the grounding of flights all over the country, at Steven Baldwin Associates, we are starting this year off with a new client in Canada, important milestones with current clients, and an industry conference in Arizona.

Updates: New Clients

Halifax Stanfield International Airport
Nova Scotia, Canada

SBA would like to welcome the Halifax Stanfield International Airport to our roster of clients.

Halifax Stanfield International Airport—located in Halifax, Nova Scotia—has selected SBA to help it optimize revenue from the airport’s already award-winning terminal concessions program.
The contract is our firm’s first with a Canadian airport.

CEO and founder of SBA, Steve Baldwin, stated, "We are delighted that Halifax Stanfield International has selected us to work with them. This is an airport at the top of its class, and they could have chosen any consulting firm in North America to work with; we are honored that they reached out to our firm with our expertise in concessions and airport management.”
Baldwin noted that he has assigned the firm’s associate, Alex Hopson, an airport concessions expert, to work with Halifax. Prior to joining SBA, Alex had served as the Concessions Manager for Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. For Alex's full bio, see our Associates page on our website.
