Weekly services, jujitsu and values classes are made possible by SOD donors, along with fruit, vegetable and Braille paper donations which are given to the school. SOD donors are helping to bring smiles and the gospel message to the Davao School for the Blind and joy to the groups which work with the students.

Many Exciting Opportunities with the Davao School for the Blind

Dear <<First Name>>, we are very grateful for the expanded opportunities given to Seeds of Dignity Ministries this school year by the Davao School for the Blind. Services continue each Sunday afternoon with the assistance of several partner ministries. The DSFB students have bonded with the different groups and especially enjoy the small breakout times, usually with visitors of a similar age group.

Due to relationship building with the school, Pastor Peter Daday from SOD was asked to teach a weekly values class to the high school students. Pastor Peter also coordinates the Sunday Services and frequently delivers fruits, vegetables and Braille paper to the school.

SOD now sponsors, (through donors), the weekly jujitsu classes which are taught by a local missionary. Recently, many of the students participated in a local tournament. Three returned back as champions!.

We were also pleased to host several special events at the school with other groups, such as Global Impact, the Haven of Hope Orphanage and visiting teams from the USA. Many students will again be attending the Tebow Foundation's, Night to Shine Event in February, which SOD is helping to coordinate.

All for God's Glory,

Peter Cowles
President
