"Being an engagement intern has been such an amazing experience!  Not only am I able to help other Cornellians find their home within Cornell's Jewish community, but I have been forced out of my comfort zone and given the opportunity to foster many new relationships and meet more of my Jewish peers.  I wanted to be an intern to help establish other people's places in Hillel, and in the process, I have strengthened my own ties to Cornell Hillel."
-Jillian Shapiro '20
Social Justice Campus Engagement Intern

"The Campus Engagement Internship has been a great opportunity to connect with the greater Cornell Jewish community and engage Jewish students around campus. This year I am running the Jews and Brews program as well as running smaller Shabbat dinners for upperclassmen engagement. Jews and Brews combines Jewish learning with fun topics and games at bars and restaurants around Collegetown. We plan to have more events in the upcoming months so be on the lookout!"
