Join our campaign and help build community resilience!
W.O.M.A.N., Inc. has served the San Francisco Bay Area since 1978. We build power with survivors of domestic violence, centering their stabilization and healing. Additionally, we seek to prevent cycles of violence from repeating via healthy relationship education and community outreach. In 2021 alone, we helped over 13,500 callers on our 24/7 Domestic Violence Support Line and over 325 survivors in peer counseling, support group, and therapy programs.
We rely heavily on individual contributions to maintain our programs. This is where we hope YOU will come in...Starting on May 16 through the 29th, W.O.M.A.N., Inc is launching a new campaign, āHealing Together: Building Community Resilienceā.
While our fundraising goal is $15,000, this initiative is about more than raising money. Healing Together is also about growing and strengthening our community through a shared belief that everyone deserves to feel safe in their homes, their bodies, and their communities. It is about knowing that even in our loneliest times we are never alone if we are part of a loving community.
If you have had the good fortune to be safe at home, or if you are progressing along your own healing journey, we hope you feel inspired to promote the Healing Together campaign.
There are so many ways you can support: commit to making monthly contributions, making a one-time donation, volunteer with us or simply share and spread our message.
