When was the last time you knew with absolute certainty that you could trust yourself?
This week, we are discussing:

Who do you trust?

Yourself, others, no-one?

How good are you at trusting yourself? Do you trust yourself even when you make a decision that turns out other than how you thought it would?

Sometimes we take a leap, we do something courageous and we have faith and then things don't work out like we thought they would. It's OK. Even among this there will be things you learn about yourself, about others and about how the world works. At these times it can be hard to trust ourselves. But ultimately we can . We can trust that we will find a new way, a better way and that we have learned a lot in the process.

Have you ever doubted yourself. I know I do. I doubt that I can do something but my desire overrides that and I prove to myself I can. Moving across the country was one of these things. It was bold. People told me I was brave, that I was courageous and that they couldn't do it. I felt so compelled to move I couldn't not do it. And has it all worked out perfectly? No. But it has all worked out and during the process I have learned a lot about me. I've learned that friends are everywhere. I have made some beautiful friends in my new home town. I have learned to let go of things that I thought I had to have to create a home. I've learned you don't need so much 'stuff' to get by. In fact less feels better. I've decluttered and am doing it again now and it feels good. Sometimes we hold on to things just because we have had them for a while, or at one time they were special to us. I even packed up things to bring with me that I now look at and wonder why. I've learned that everything I need I can get from anywhere. Everything I want is up to me to create. Have a look and see what you can let go of. Trust that you can always get what you need and create what you want.

have a great week.

Til next time
