Uvas del Sol Reserve Malbec, Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina, 2017
Grape: 100% Malbec, handpicked, 10 months in oak
This classic Malbec is dark violet with blue hues. On the nose it has typical Malbec aromas reminiscent of ripe red and black fruits such as cherries, plums and blackberries. Medium bodied on the palate, with soft tannins and balanced acidity. Fruity and spicy finish.
An elegant and stylish young Rioja. Light and easy drinking with strawberry fruit flavours in abundance with a lovely soft and silky finish. To complete this wine a dash of Crianza (oaked and aged Rioja) is added giving an extra dimension.
