July 20 – Why are all these voices in my head? - Gord Riddell RP
Most people have voices in our head which carry on conversations with us. For some the voice is highly critical and can interfere or out right stop us from doing things. Then there can be the dreaded trio comprised of our Critic, Rebel, and Saboteur usually all three invites our inner Addict to appear. Tonight is a mini-workshop to help in identifying whose voice is present, what is their role and negotiating a silencing inside our head. Through self-compassion we can see the ego and its turmoil, and the quiet voice of our intuition often overridden by the other loud voices. If you are ready to turn down the volume, and experience self-compassion then you need to be in this evening’s activities. Register Here

August 3 - Turning Fear into Hope - Maria Galle RP
Embracing our fears can direct us to the limiting beliefs we are holding on to. There are some fears that are very real and we need to be cautious of but most of our fears are only projections of the limiting beliefs that we are holding on to since childhood. We keep holding on to the voice of the inner critic that reinforces our fears. These limiting beliefs keep us locked into our safety zone and impedes our growth. August 10 – Introduction to Abundance-Manifesting Magic - Pauline O’Hanlon
This intro evening begins to lay the framework for the in-depth workshop of Manifesting Magic. Even if you will only attend this 3-hour mini-workshop you will have many take-aways to help you move towards your goals and dreams. August 17 - THE WAY OF THE EMPATH: Allowing Your Heightened Senses to Reveal Your Path - Sabastian Glass
The journey of an Empath is often a lonely one. It is challenging enough just to manage one’s own internal experience, but when our experiences become overly entangled with the environments around us the effect can be overwhelming. To cope, the Empath tends to retreat into perceived safety. Yet what if the antidote to such overwhelming experiences is not to shrink away but rather to actively engage with the energies being experienced? What would that look like? And how would that change your life?
This workshop will explore the kinds of experiences common to Empaths, that is, those with heightened senses. We will consider the importance of lifestyle, the need for community, and explore strategies for discernment so that the Empath can thrive. An emphasis will be placed on how the Empath’s abilities, whatever form these take, can be of service to others. The objective is to take seriously heightened sensitivities and to practice discernment when engaging with the energies of others such that life begins to make sense. Register Here

Author, Angela MacDonald is presenting a 1-day workshop based on her self-help book – Absolutely I'm Possible! Lessons Learned from Defying the Odds. Angela will share valuable treasures that will awaken you to identifying the possible in what seems impossible. You will learn the power of positivity through the body, mind, and spirit and how to be your own advocate. You will be guided through exercises that will help you to break through any resistance to change, make vows to yourself (because that’s the one person you are with for your whole life), clear out the negative energies around you, and awaken to what is possible! It’s time to turn the impossible into I’m possible! to really live a life you call your own!

July 23 – Discovering your Roots through the Genogram - Gord Riddell RP
Day 1
A genogram is a picture of a person's family relationships and history. It goes beyond a traditional family tree allowing the creators to visualize patterns and psychological factors that affect relationships. A genogram is a much more in-depth picture of our family of origin. We can look to see patterns that can be affecting us today, it can also answer questions whose answer seemed so elusive. We can track emigration, education, marriages, births, genders, deaths, diseases patterns, and family rifts. When we stand back we can see that we are not alone in this journey but come from a group whose traits and patterns explain where we came from and how we got here.
This is a 2-day workshop. Day 1 is held July 23rd and will introduce you to genograms and how we construct them. Part of the day will be spent laying down the parts of your family and the many relationships that exist in your familial group. Then over the next month you will get as much information as is possible and enter it into your genogram. Day 2 will be held August 27th

August 6 - Aromatherapy Product Making – Pat Rigby
This experiential workshop will provide the opportunity to learn how to make your own aromatherapy products for family and friends, and for clients. Create and adapt base carriers such as lotions, creams, ointments and water-soluble solutions for use with essential oil blends. Since the carriers used are just as important as the essential oils chosen, making your own from “scratch” gives you complete control over your formulas and the and the flexibility to adapt recipes for treatment of many conditions. Construct and adapt your own base carriers to accommodate essential oil blends while also addressing many skin and environmental sensitivities. Become an informed consumer with regards to ingredients found in most topical
solutions found in common products.

August 20 & 21– FORGIVENESS and the Healing of Memories - Sabastian Glass
Do you have someone to forgive? Do you struggle with self-forgiveness? If so, this workshop will help you learn how to release the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual effects of holding onto a past that no longer serves you.
Through lecture and experiential exercises this workshop will support you on your journey toward the forgiveness of others, self-forgiveness, and if you are a therapist, also help you to better support your clients with forgiveness. Forgiveness does not mean that we excuse or condone the hurts we experienced; rather, we are seeking peace so that we can be free to move forward with the lives that we truly desire.
Join us for a 2-day workshop where we will gently attend to the difficult memories of our pasts and explore how holding onto these memories keeps us from enjoying the fullness of life that we deserve.

August 27 - Discovering your roots through the Genogram - Gord Riddell
Day 2
On Day 2, after spending the last month in preparing your genogram, you will be asked to bring all your work to the workshop. will have a chance to answer any last-minute questions and have the instructor have a look at them to make sure it is set up in accordance to the rules of the genogram. Then you will be asked to present your genogram and you will have the chance to process any troubling areas as well as share with the participants what you have discovered about your family and what you may have discovered about yourself.
NOTE: Confidentiality is an important part of creating a safe space to do this kind of work. It is expected of participants and instructors.
Although you have done this workshop to perhaps access answers to your own questions, you are creating a family heirloom that future members of your family will be able to look at and see who their ancestors are!

Along with being pleasurable and relaxing to experience, massage assists the body’s natural regenerative capacity. Through massage, the body releases endorphins; pain and tension are lessened. interactive course focuses on motivating students to complete their case studies while addressing challenges that may be experienced with launching a successful practice.

Reiki II Certificate | 16 Hours

The Reiki Usui method of natural healing facilitates hands-on healing that promotes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance in a non-invasive and nurturing way. It can be used as a tool for healing, transformation and illumination. Reiki is used to treat chronic and acute physical symptoms and emotional and mental distress. If you have been practicing Reiki and feel you want more, then Reiki II is the next step.
Second Degree Reiki integrates further attunements to allow the practitioner to participate in absentee healing and to deal with mental and emotional healing. Through these energy transmissions your own energy is refined and your ability to channel energy is heightened.
The Reiki II course content includes a method of sending distance healing as well as a method of mental and emotional relaxation for yourself or a client. You will be initiated into the second degree and more of the symbols, language and ethics of Reiki will be explained.

NEW COURSE
MEDIUMSHIP
The Oracle of Delphi, the Witch of Endor and the woman at the well meeting Jesus, all are examples of mediumship whose stories have survived for thousands of years. Our belief in and fascination with mediumship and the after-life is as prevalent today as it was centuries, even millennia ago.
However, British King (James l (England)/James 6 (Scotland)), based on gossip and rumours, would launch a devastating witch hunt throughout Great Britain, that would eventually spill over into the New World colonies, known as the witch trials at Salem, Massachusetts. The arrests in England resulted in about 600 trials but in Scotland as many as 4,000 to 6,000 people, mostly women, were tried and many were executed, the exact numbers are unknown.
These events stigmatized any expression of mediumship including healing work for decades. The mid-1800’s saw 4 women follow their inner guidance and showed their abilities to the world. Namely the Fox Sisters who brought Spiritualism and mediumship into the forefront in the English-speaking world, Madame Blavatsky (a former Spiritualist) gave us Theosophy and Mary Baker Eddy would found the Christian Science Church and their belief in healing through prayer. These women overcame the social stigma of spiritual abilities.
In some ways, the same stigma is still with us. People are hesitant to admit that they know things about others even before the other person does. Fear has been fostered by religious organizations affiliating mediumship with evil spirits. When we don’t understand something, must we condemn it first??
This course is experiential and will lift the participants up from a place of hiding their abilities to owning and embracing those abilities. Mediumship expressed through healing, clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, psychometry, inspirational speaking, writing and art will all be worked with. Overcoming fears that may be present and moving through any blockages that may be holding your mediumship abilities back.
Who is this course for? – Anyone with a committed interest in developing their mediumship skills. Best for those who have already had experiences but find them hit and miss and/or have trouble regulating the flow of energy and information. Anyone with experiences that were frightening and may be holding you back.
Course length: 10 weeks with a 2-week break in August. No class August 11 or 18.

Instructor: Gord Riddell- is President and Co-Founder of Transformational Arts. He was raised in a Spiritualist family and began working with energies at age 8. Under the mentorship of his Grandmother, a Church Pastor he worked in the churches, lecturing and then giving messages from Spirit in the various Church services. By age 21 he was running development circles taking over from his grandmother during her serious illness. He has travelled internationally as a lecturer as well as a medium, from Toronto to Vancouver, Buffalo to Lilydale and over to the UK. Even working in the French language in Montreal. Humourous and astute, he can assist you in development.

We are living in a unique and unprecedented time in human history. In a few years, one in four people in Canada will be 65 years of age and older. The post-World War ll era created a surge in child births and those children, the last of the Baby-Boomers are arriving, over the next decade, at their elder life phase.
Innovations in medicine, standards of living, education and employment have all contributed to extending our life span. However they also have contributed to a world of denial about aging and also denial of dying. While we are blessed to reach such ages, many of us didn’t, we really are not prepared for the time we have as an elder. This course addresses areas we can learn from, explore differing ideas and discover the personal power of our years as an elder.
This course is for everyone who are/will age and for anyone in denial about aging. This course is for anyone who works with elders or have family entering their Elder years.
This course is for people at any point in their Lifespan, consider it advance planning! It is for Therapists, Counsellors, Caregivers and anyone involved with an aging population. It is for people who are aging and wish to learn what to expect and cultivate their own energy to be an Energetic Elder.
