According to the Wall Street Journal, Sales in the housing market have grown to the highest level since 2006 and according to Luxury Outlook, (get your report here) millennials are becoming a growing force in luxury homes. I can attest to this. Bain & Co. suggests that by 2025, the “millennial state of mind” could comprise 40% of luxury sales. What is the millennial state of mind?  They want it fast, they want it now and they are taking less time to think about it.
