New Journals Added to HeinOnline This Month!

With the March content release, we added eight new journals, seven of which are active serials. These new journals cover subjects including intellectual property law, constitutional law, family law, and more! What’s more, we also have added all of the archives back to inception for the World Affairs journal.

Preview of the United States Supreme Court Cases Is Enhanced

We now include the predecessor title to Preview, Memorandum on Case in the United States Supreme Court. This new addition can be found in the Law Journal Library, Preview of the United States Supreme Court Cases, and the U.S. Supreme Court Library.

Editor’s Insight: Democracy in America with Alan Keely

With our February 2022 Content Release, we added the Tocqueville Review to both our Democracy in America database and our Law Journal Library. Therefore, we thought it would be the perfect time to highlight our Democracy in America interactive resource, as well as to ask Alan Keely, the database’s editor, to provide some insight into this unique and comprehensive tool.

Large Update to Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals

This month, more than 1,500 articles were added to HeinOnline’s Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals (IFLP) database with the addition of issue 2021:05 and 2021:06. This database is the preeminent multilingual index to articles and book reviews appearing in nearly 600 legal journals published worldwide.

What Is HeinOnline’s Current Content Online Subscription Model?

Due to publishing agreements, a small percentage of journals include an embargo on current volumes. That’s why HeinOnline has partnered with major publishers to offer unlocked content packages for journals that have an embargo on recent issues.

We have enhanced the U.S. Supreme Court Library and History of Supreme Court Nominations LibGuides to include links to author profiles for both current and past Supreme Court justices. Users can now easily peruse through the Supreme Court justices’ scholarly works found within HeinOnline.
