35 Springer Journals Coming to HeinOnline!

HeinOnline is excited to announce that we have partnered with Springer to bring 35 new journals to our Law Journal Library! New Springer journals are being added each month, beginning with our April content release, with the last titles releasing in September. The majority of the journals will be available with a one-year delay; however, there will be a few open-access journals released in coming months that will not be subject to an embargo.

Large Update to Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals

This month, 745 new articles were added to HeinOnline’s Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals (IFLP) database with the addition of issue 2021:07. This database is the preeminent multilingual index to articles and book reviews appearing in nearly 600 legal journals published worldwide.

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was recently confirmed to the Supreme Court, making her the first Black woman named to the nation’s highest court. Jackson is replacing Associate Justice Stephen Breyer. While her addition to the bench does not upset the conservative 6-3 lean, she will bring a new outlook as a former trial court judge and public defender.
