Celebrate Catholic Schools
Attached is the calendar for Catholic Schools Week that includes all of the daily themes, activities, and special dress options. Our CSW committee has worked hard to make this Catholic Schools Week special. They’ve planned virtual events, special videos, and planned fun activities. Like much of the year, it’s different but we can’t wait to share faith and fun.

Catholic Schools Week is a celebration of Catholic Education. The fact that our students receive Catholic faith and teachings along with academic excellence, they learn to value service to others, and are prepared to be productive citizens and future leaders - these are just a few reasons to celebrate Catholic Schools! View a dozen reasons we love Catholic schools

Reminders as we move to a full day in-person schedule the week of Feb. 8
  • Does your child need medication while at school? If so, have your doctor complete the  Authorization for Medication form, bring the signed form and the medication in to the main office

Do you know someone considering Catholic Education?
Our new family admissions cycle for the 2021-2022 school year kicks off with our “Open House” enrollment event on Sunday, January 31. Instead of our traditional open house, we’ll be setting appointments with families from 10 am to 1:30 pm. Spread the word - let your family, colleagues, and neighbors know about the strong Catholic education your child is receiving and encourage them to come see for themselves the community we’ve built at St. Joseph. Send them to our website, they can click the Schedule Tour button and schedule a time.

Prayer Moves Mountains Virtual Auction is March 4 - March 10, 2021.
There will be NO COST to register. Everyone can attend!! More info to come!
In this unprecedented year, we need your help now more than ever. Do you or someone you know own a business that would make a donation to our auction? Would you like to become a sponsor of our event or make a matching gift towards our school project? Please contact the auction team at sjcsevents@stjoevanschool.org today! View our Sponsor Packet for details.
Putting on a virtual auction requires us to think outside of the box. We appreciate your help in making this year's St. Joseph Catholic School auction an unprecedented success!

Dennis Uniform Discount
Since the Portland Dennis store remains closed to in-person shopping, they are offering 15% off. See details here.

Share the Spirit of St. Joseph
With our Open House and enrollment for next year coming up, keep in mind our Share the Spirit Family Referral Program. St. Joseph families are the best recruiters! Share the Spirit and earn a $25 gift card just for referring a new family with a student(s) entering Grades K-8. If your referred family enrolls, you will receive a $750 tuition credit for your family. View complete details of the program here. Contact Eileen Sherrill, eileens@stjoevanschool.org or 360-696-2586, with questions or for more information.

You can still apply for St. Joseph School in-house tuition assistance for next school year. If you received St. Joseph Tuition Assistance in the past, it is very important to complete this application to be considered for next year. Current families should apply by the end of January so the variable tuition committee can consider your request. Please see the informational flyer on our website for details on how to apply.
