I recently spent some time in Spain connecting with some Craniosacral Therapy colleagues, architecture, art, culture and history.
Common threads for me throughout the trip included heart-based contacts and water.
From the Mediterranean Sea to fountains everywhere, the healing force of water was present. On the day that I met with Julie Tucker, Craniosacral Therapist in Sitges, south of Barcelona, the sea was strong and the waves were so powerful. And our session together was lovely and gentle.

In Madrid, I had a productive meeting with Craniosacral Therapist Oscar Sanchez Martinez, where we chatted about potential collaborations for courses. He also had an opportunity to experience the VeRelief Mini vagus nerve stimulator and loved it!
As an ‘early adopter’ with the company, I’ve had the opportunity to try each device and the mini is my favorite. It’s a more portable and affordable tool for stimulating the vagus nerve to promote calming and well-being.

* I don’t work for Hoolest or profit financially from sales of their products. The benefits I see
are that clients can use this device, improve tone in their vagus nerves and feel better between sessions.

Some other favorite moments during the trip were Zumba in Barcelona, the aqueducts and fairy tale castle in Segovia and creative coffee!

From my heart to yours, wishing you a peaceful season heading into 2023.
