A note to our longtime readers

Dear ICN Reader,

We’re celebrating a special anniversary this month at Inside Climate News: our newsroom is 19 years old!

As a longtime ICN reader, you’ve seen firsthand how we’ve changed.

We’ve grown from a staff of two people to 40, and from only 100 readers to reaching many millions. We’ve opened reporting hubs in regions across the country and expanded from just one city to bureaus coast to coast.

We’ve grown to become one of the largest and most influential environmental newsrooms in the country, advancing fact-based knowledge while the free press, free speech and science are under assault.

It’s all been possible because of readers like you.

This month, in honor of our anniversary, we’ve set a goal to raise $75,000 to keep our work going in the year ahead.

Will you show your support today by making a special anniversary gift to Inside Climate News?

Yes, I'll give now!

For 19 years, our team has been reporting on climate change – reporting that has grown more urgent and more necessary every year we’ve been on the job.

As a nonprofit newsroom, we need your support to keep this work going. Please give now if you can, and help keep us reporting for another year.

Thank you,

David Sassoon
Founder and Publisher

P.S. Your donation makes a difference, no matter the size. Thank you for your support.
